What is PicsArt?

PicsArt was founded in November 2011 by Armenian businessman Hovhannes Avoyan, and Armenian program planners Artavazd Mehrabyan and Mikayel Vardanyan. Its founders developed the first Picsart program as a stand-alone tool to help people change the image of their image, and to add skills over time.

In January 2013, PicsArt for iOS was released for iPhone. In May, it was released on the iPad. By November, PicsArt had reached 90 million installs and had nearly 25 million active users. If you like using image editing tools like PicMonkey, Canva, and Pixlr to create images for your blog, I recommend checking out PicsArt. PicsArt is a great tool for creating collages, adding special effects and text to photos, and more. You can then share those photos with the PicsArt community, share them on social networks like Instagram and Facebook, and, of course, add them to your blog or books. In this article I get into using PicsArt to create images for your blog. The app is available for iOS, Android, and Windows devices, and you can use it on PCs running Windows 8.1 and higher. Since I was on a Windows 10 computer, installing an app, I just went to the Windows Store. (There is a Windows Store app under all apps, under the "S" store.) You can also do an app search in the app store on your phone. For example, on iTunes, if you use an iPhone or Google Play store for Android. Alternatively, just do a Google search for “PicsArt” and you will see links to download it as illustrated below.
